About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the contract for your installation. The work itself is governed by the written quote and scope of work you receive and approve before we begin, and that document takes precedence over anything on this site if the two ever disagree.

The information on this site

Everything published here is general guidance about EV charging and electrical work in Highlands Ranch and the surrounding area. It is not an inspection of your property and it is not a substitute for a load calculation on your own electrical service. Your panel, your run length and your local requirements decide what is actually possible at your address.

Quotes and pricing

No price appears on this website. Every job is quoted as a flat written figure after we understand the specifics, and that figure is what binds us. A quote holds for the period stated on it. If the scope changes at your request, or a genuinely unforeseen condition appears once work is under way, we stop and agree any change with you in writing before continuing.

Permits and inspection

Where a permit is required we pull it, schedule the inspection and attend it. Inspection scheduling is controlled by the authority having jurisdiction, and utility coordination is controlled by the utility. We cannot guarantee their timelines, only that our part is filed promptly and correctly.

Workmanship warranty

Our labour is warranted in writing on the terms set out in your job documentation. Equipment is covered by its manufacturer's warranty, which we register at commissioning where the manufacturer provides for it. The warranty does not cover damage caused by others, by alteration of our work, or by conditions outside the installation we performed.

Scheduling

Arrival windows are estimates made in good faith. Weather, utility outages, permit timing and the job in front of yours can move them. If a window is going to change, we contact you before it closes rather than after.
